Those are the lights down at the railroad tracks. Someone told me that for trains, green means stop and red means go. Now that just doesn't make sense.

That's where the grain comes out of the silo. I haven't figured out how they get the grain in yet, but I'm working on it

That's the Landmark Inn down by the train station.  It's closed up too. Folks still pass through Big Stink. They just don't spend the night like they used to.

Old Barnabus just wanted to give y'all a big howdy. If you want to hear a story, Barnabus is the fella to see here in Big Stink. All it will cost you is a beer, two if you want to make sure it's a good one.

I've walked that road a hundred times. I'll walk it hundreds more. I'll walk that road until I'm dead. I have no girl worth staying put for.

Out in the distance, across that field, is the new landfill they're digging. Once they're done I reckon they'll just haul that rusty old drum over there. They'll probably haul that old shed over there too.

That's Lucy. She's got herself a soda pop, a fishing pole, a box of worms, and some sunshine. I reckon that's about all a body needs to be happy. Now kids, just because Lucy smokes does not mean you should. Lucy is not a role model.
